EEGLab – EEGLAB is an interactive Matlab toolbox for processing continuous and event-related EEG, MEG and other electrophysiological data incorporating independent component analysis (ICA), time/frequency analysis, artifact rejection, event-related statistics, and several useful modes of visualization of the averaged and single-trial data. EEGLAB runs under Linux, Unix, Windows, and Mac OS X. Download the Wearable Sensing EEGLab Plugin Here

NeuroPype – NeuroPype is a powerful platform for real-time brain-computer interfacing, neuroimaging, and bio/neural signal processing. The NeuroPype™ Suite is a collection of applications that, in addition to NeuroPype, includes an open-source visual pipeline designer and tools for interfacing with diverse sensor hardware, recording data, and other functions.

NeuroVis – NeuroVIS is a real-time data analysis and visualization engine optimized for biosensory and neuroscience applications

Lab Streaming Layer – The lab streaming layer (LSL) is a system for the unified collection of measurement time series in research experiments that handles both the networking, time-synchronization, (near-) real-time access as well as optionally the centralized collection, viewing and disk recording of the data.

BCI2000 – BCI2000 is a general-purpose software system for brain-computer interface (BCI) research. BCI2000 includes software tools that can acquire and process data, present stimuli and feedback, and manage interaction with outside devices such as robotic arms. BCI2000 is a real-time system that can synchronize EEG and other signals with a wide variety of biosignals and input devices such as mice or eye-trackers. It has several modules to manage data importing and exporting in common file formats

Applied Neuroscience NeuroGuide – NeuroGuide is a “Tool Set” that a Clinician or Researcher can apply to help link symptoms and behavior to functional networks in the brain. One of the tools is EEG Neuroimaging to evaluate Brodmann Areas and nodes and connections of functional networks in the brain likely linked to symptoms, statically or in real-time.  NeuroGuide, like a microscope/telescope, enhances the clinical application of Conventional and Quantitative Electroencephalography (qEEG) and is an easy-to-use technology fully in step with the 21st Century.

Brainmaster Avatar – BrainAvatar incorporates technology including BrainMaster’s Discovery, Freedom, and Atlantis hardware devices, extensive signal processing and graphics software, and an exclusive high-speed sLORETA (standardized low-resolution electromagnetic brain tomography) voxel processor and 3D image projector.
