Walid Soussou is the founder and CEO of Wearable Sensing, a Southern California based biotechnology company specializing in dry physiological sensors. Walid earned a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Southern California, and has spent the last 20 years developing novel technologies and methods that has revolutionized the field of brain imaging. He has extensive experience creating biomedical devices for consumer applications, research and management roles in academic and startup environments, and multichannel data analysis on neurodegenerative disease models.
Melissa Poquette is the Director of Operations at Wearable Sensing, and has been on the executive team of the company since its origins. Melissa has a B.S in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Melissa has years of experience in the biomedical startup space, having worked nearly every role from research scientist, technical manager, and now leading operations.
